Tyler is a seasoned personal trainer with a decade of experience in the fitness industry. He is a Precision Nutrition certified coach (PN1). Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to helping individuals of all fitness levels achieve their goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

Tyler has always had a passion for sports and fitness. From a young age, Tyler was introduced to athletics. He learned the importance of discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. His journey led him to pursue college football. 

After his brief college football career, Tyler explored new paths and opportunities to push his physical limits. This journey led him to the world of powerlifting, where he discovered an appreciation for strength training and the pursuit of raw power. However, Tyler's desire for new challenges and personal development eventually drove him to switch gears and enter the realm of competitive bodybuilding.

In the world of bodybuilding, Tyler discovered his true passion, committing himself to crafting his physique to perfection through intense training and careful focus on nutrition. He hopes to inspire others by leading by example. 

As the owner of Firestone Fitness, Tyler is deeply committed to offering exceptional training, personalized coaching, and a supportive environment where individuals can thrive and achieve their fitness objectives. Tyler’s vision is to build a team of like-minded trainers who all share the same vision of wanting to help people to achieve their goals. My intention is to make you see the best in your self. I want to help inspire growth. Not only physical growth, but mental growth as well. I’m here to help you keep your promises to your self and find a new love for health and wellness. I have such a strong passion for fitness, I want to see you succeed just as much or if not more than myself. There is something so powerful about setting a goal for yourself and crushing it. It all starts with your self-discipline. Motivation comes and goes. When times are hard that’s when we need to rely on our discipline. Discipline is what keeps us on track with our nutrition, training and cardio programs. And eventually will play into other roles of our lives. But that’s what I’m here to help you with! I will help you understand the importance of different foods and different weight training techniques. We will continuously work on your self-discipline and constantly form healthy habits. We are creatures of habit and our habits form us.
